Given the areas we cover, we work with, and have worked with multiple council planning departments. We liaise extensively with the relevant council planning officer/s throughout any planning application phase to ensure any queries or concerns are addressed so that approval can be achieved. We are proactive – we do not simply submit and hope for the best. We have an excellent track record for gaining planning consent including conservation areas where applicable, further covenants may be in place or where listed consent is required.
